it is about one month in to aflac now. i really like it. i wasn't sure if i could do it. it is so awesome when things click though, that it really keeps you going. i got my first paycheck saturday. that was a family event. especially ryan enjoyed that. he is my biggest cheerleader.
i have spent lots of time in indy in sales training. it has been overwhelming, super intense (the role playing part), and tons of fun (the socialiing part). it is really key to develop relationships with others that are doing the same thing i am doing. they just get it.
i have a great boss who wants me to succeed. i have a great brother with great contacts. and i am willing to pound the pavement. that is what it takes to get it done.
it also takes blessing from god. all i can do is everything i am supposed to do and it is in his hands. i am feeling now more than ever that i have to be in right relationship with him. i am assaulted on all sides with tempation and disctraction from where i need to be.
it is good to have good friends that can hold me accountable.
anyway, i am thankful to be where i am and i think in one year this will be a lot easier.
